Spinach Pesto

 Simply didn't had Basil & thought of making pesto using spinach. Won't disappoint you.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Spinach
  • ginger
  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Celery
  • Hot peppers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive Oil
 
ADDITIVES:
  • Peanuts
  • Sunflower / Pumpkin seeds
 

Let's get started, shall we?

  1. Simply add in everything in to the blender & blend blend blend.
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Lastly add in the oil for that silky, smooth texture.
  4. There you go with this amazingly tasty pesto.

You can use it as a sauce for crostini or maybe a dip. But make sure to blanch your spinach if you are going to use it for so.
