Spinach Pesto
Simply didn't had Basil & thought of making pesto using spinach. Won't disappoint you.
INGREDIENTS:
- Spinach
- ginger
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Celery
- Hot peppers
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive Oil
ADDITIVES:
- Peanuts
- Sunflower / Pumpkin seeds
Let's get started, shall we?
- Simply add in everything in to the blender & blend blend blend.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Lastly add in the oil for that silky, smooth texture.
- There you go with this amazingly tasty pesto.
You can use it as a sauce for crostini or maybe a dip. But make sure to blanch your spinach if you are going to use it for so.
