Oat Cook-ee-ies

 I love me some oat cookies when I want that just a little sugar after meals.


INGREDIENTS:      

  • Butter / Oil
  • Sugar / Brown sugar
  • Milk
  • Oats
  • Vanilla essence (optional)
  • Salt
  • Flour

ADDITIVES:  

  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Almonds (any nuts) 

 

Let's get started, shall we? 

  1. Begin by mixing Butter & Sugar until Homogeneous.
  2. Add in those Oaties & a teeny tiny pinch of salt.
  3. Next up look for the consistency. If if feels dry, add in the milk to slightly loosen it up.
  4. Go ahead & add in the vanilla & flour.
  5. Give it a mixy mix & look for the consistency. Feel free to pour in some milk.
  6. Lastly go nuts! Put in your preferred nuts, Seeds (Heaolthy) even chocolate chips. 
  7. Get your baking tray, pan or sheet ready by oiling it.
  8. Scoop out equal portions or just go crazy with the size of your cookie.
  9. Bake 'em for Good 30 minutes or until your house smells like a bakery.
